I am glad I had the good sense to call South Shore Fuel. After reading the customer discounts, I'm also asking myself, "why didn't I do this sooner??" Customer service for me is always a big issue, and I'm still very surprised with my old oil company and the way they treated a 15-yr customer such as myself. Thanks South Shore Fuel!

I woke up one morning to a horrible oil smell I called South Shore Fuel and they sent a technician right away and it turned out my tank was leaking. My husband had just lost his job and money is really tight but we had the tank protection plan so we didn’t have to pay anything!!! We got a brand new oil tank installed that day for FREE.
